The basis of this calculator is described in the REVIEW 2 paper (web page 14) and is used for estimating the long-term disease free survival probability for EBRT, permanent seed brachytherapy and combinations of the two. Provided Microsoft Excel is installed on your computer, you can run or save the spreadsheet by clinking on the links below. The first version uses macros and it is possible that it will not download if the security level in the browser is set too high. In any case, the use of macros must be enabled. The second version does not use macros but it is easier to set up the tables incorrectly. Nevertheless, it is still straightforward to use although exactly how the spreadsheet is displayed is browser dependent.
